If you are looking for a nice spa for affordable facials and peels in NYC, I would highly recommend this place. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and Olga P is excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have received tons of compliments on my skin thanks to Olga! She makes great recommendations for skincare products that I should use and teaches me how to use the products the proper way. I especially love the sunscreen she suggested. The whole staff is friendly, efficient and helpful and the place is always clean, organized and relaxing. Definitely worth a visit!

Honestly I love skin Spa. I've been a client of their services for 7+ years and as they've expanded to offering additional services they're never lost quality in the essential offerings. I get waxes, laser hair removal, and massages primarily which I'm super satisfied with. As a woman of color who is also disabled, I can speak for their accommodating staff who make sure I'm comfortable and my skin is always improving due to their services.

I’ve been going to this spa for about a year now and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and they offer great services and prices. I see Paulina and she’s fantastic, she always assess my skin before the treatments to confirm if it’s the right treatment for me at that time and I never feel like she’s trying to sell me something. My skins always feels and looks great afterwards too, even after extractions. I also like how she explains to me what is being done to my skin and the benefits of it. So I don’t feel like I’m just going to get a service but I’m also learning about why it’s good for my skin. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Paulina!

Had two facial appointments for facials with microdermabrasions for my mother and myself. My treatment with Olga was great. My mother's however with Sandy Ong was not. Sandy omitted steaming her face and proceeded to do the bare minimum on extractions. Who misses a critical and basic step like steaming? Was she taking advantage of the fact that she is older and thought she wouldn't realize she didn't bother to do it? We've had facials for over 20 years, we know what to expect. Definitely will make sure our appointments in the future are not with her.

I found this place on groupon and bought a 50 minute custom facial package. I had a few comedones that I wanted to take care of and I told the aesthetician this at the very beginning of my service. At the end of my service she told me that she had gotten rid of all of the ones on my forehead, and that she saved some of the other ones "for next time." I was a little confused by this because I had only purchased one facial, and it seemed like a tactic to get me to have to come back. I don't think that this is acceptable because when I get a facial, I expect for the initial service to be done correctly. Despite this, when the front desk offered me a package I decided to purchase it because at least the aesthetician had taken care of the comedones on my forehead (or so I thought). When I got home I realized that the whiteheads were still there, and was overall very disappointed with my skin post-facial. I've had way better results at other places in the city. When I realized that the service was not properly completed, I called the front desk and asked if it would be possible to get a refund on the package that I had bought. Instead of asking me why, or if I was unsatisfied in some way, the front desk lady told me that it was final sale and that it said so in my email receipt. At the time of purchase, I was not told that it was not possible to return a package. Now I am stuck having to come back to this place when the facial did absolutely nothing for my skin. There are way better places in the city.

I’ve been seeing Simone for my skincare and Li for massages. They’re both miracle workers! Simone is super knowledgeable and leaves my skin glowing every time. Her extractions are also magically painless (how??). Li is super friendly, skilled, and really goes above and beyond every appointment. My back has never felt better than after a massage with her! I’ve had services with other providers at this location and have never had a bad experience. They’re all fantastic. Front desk is also super kind and welcoming. It takes me about 45 mins each way to get to this location and it is 100% worth it!

I purchased a customized facial with a microdermabrasion add on. The spa itself was clean and nicely decorated. The esthetician was warm and friendly. However, I think the facial was a little basic. I believe a customized facial is suppose address what the skins needs at that moment. The esthetician suggested I come back for a hydro facial because my skin looked dry and I left with my skin feeling dry. It’s strange because customizing a facial should be tailored to the customers needs. Having me leave with dehydrated skin was not the move and did not address my skin concerns. I get customized facials all the time and never leave feeling dry especially during winter months.
